We’ve been in business since 2008 and haven’t looked back since. It all began with the simple upgrades on a few trucks here and there, and has evolved over the years into custom fabrication, engine builds, repairs & maintenance, transmission building, online sales service, innovating and manufacturing diesel truck products. Over the years we have expanded into several different areas of the diesel industry. We began as a simple repair and performance product upgrading shop, to a full scale 12,000 sqft shop providing all of the above mentioned services. With the addition of high quality CNC machines, top notch diagnostic and repair equipment, highly skilled staff, and extensive R&D, we believe we deliver some of the best services and products for the diesel industry. We are a team of deeply motivated individuals with a passion for what we do. This is our life, we live and breathe diesel trucks.
Making Big Injectors For Our Pull Truck
In this video we show us breaking down the remote mount drop in turbo setup we have on our pull truck "Hank"
We build all our injectors in house and create the nozzles from blanks. In this case we built a set of 300% overs to help us bring down the pulse width while maintaining a strong flow of fuel!

Dan explains what causes a brand new Drop-in Duramax turbo to have oil issues. Most people think that the turbo is faulty or there is a seal issue. In this video we show a brand new turbocharger without any oil "seals" (piston rings) and explain how even without these seals, oil will not move outside the shaft. dansdieselperformance.com
